When it arrived, the camera never worked and when I applied for return the item, there is no way to return it for free, and I had to pay for myself to return a defective item, and the shipping of the item to return is more expensive than the item itself. And Amazon only pays USD20 towards shipping, which doesn’t even cover 10% of the shipping cost. Also, when you choose to return the item, there is no way to select free return. Overall terrible after-sales Service when the item never worked in the first place. Also the customer service chat function, has pre-determined chat questions, and does not allow you to write your questions freely. It just goes around in circles, with no resolution to your problem. Really disappointed with the Amazon poor quality of service.

Do not waste your money buying this. Motorola never disappoints — there is always a flaw with their products. Video stopped working with less than 2 months and I have no support in my country. This is ridiculous.

I bought it and brought it to Brazil. When I turned it on, the monitor does not reproduce the image. I looked for Motorola assistance and was unsuccessful. The worst purchase I've ever made. TOTAL loss

I bought this as a gift to my friend. She loves it!!! Really good baby monitor!!!

IT DOES NOT WORK and unfortunately I am having the hardest time for amazon to refund me or replace the product. Is just not worth it. So frustrating.
