Ortofon red M2 cartridge and stylus. I find this cartridge and stylus very good for the price. I have it on a technics sl1500c and the clarity is amazing for this price range. It definitely picks out sounds you would not have heard with a cheaper cart and stylus.its clear and very well balanced the treble and bass are all very good . Would definitely recommend this for people looking to improve the sound. Will definitely be looking to explore the upper priced ones as I carry on on this journey. Overall, great stylus mass improvement in sound clarity and very good price point.

I bought this Ortofon 2m red although I usually use 2m blue,so pleased with the response.

I have been a fan of red since I first bought one 3 years ago. I just replaced the stylus and back to 100% enjoyment. Have been undecided to upgrade to the blue but unsure if the big price difference would be worth it to my 58 year old ears.
