This was a huge disappointment. Tracking was abysmal, it might as well have been a delay pedal with how late the octave showed up. The signal was also spotty and muddy, couldn't get a good sound out of it. The idea of the knob configuration was really intriguing, but if the pedal doesn't work who cares?For the record, I'm not one of those people that doesn't know a sub-octave can't go past the E string (Low E = 41Hz, half that to get the sub =20.5Hz, aka almost the lower limit of human hearing), but even mid neck on the D and G string tracking was spotty. Could it be a bad unit? Sure, but I'm not dunlop quality control so I returned the unit. Went and got an OC-5, very happy with that pedal.

Simply put, the best bass chorus pedal available. A side-by-side comparison with the Boss CEB-3 made me cringe (and I'm a Boss fan). It's almost impossible to get a bad sound out of this pedal. Every feature is practical and usable. The crossover button is bass magic and the flanger button... Tool anyone? MXR has created the new standard for bass chorus, good luck to its competitors. I will be keeping this pedal until it dies then I will buy another Sound does what it says.Tracks very well down to the low A,any lower and it starts to falter a bit.There are Utube videos that show what it can do. Features straight forward and simple seems to be built well Ease of Use Not hard to figure out Quality seems built well Value price is decent compared to others Manufacturer Support have not needed to contact Dunlop The Wow Factor its a pedal not a woman Musical Background: active musician Musical Style: blues,rock,classic rock,r&b,funk,punk,anything really
