I don't like wearing a watch whilst sleeping so this was perfect. I feel like it's a lot more thorough too, a lot more information compared to an Apple Watch & the battery lasts very well. I got this on promotion!

Been looking at either Oura Ring 4 or Apple Watch for some time. Bought this ring sizing kit. Just a few hours wearing the plastic ring made me realise how (for me) it is too bulky on any finger far more so than say a wedding ring. It gets in the way of everyday activities and would drive me nuts wearing it overnight. It was thus worth paying for the kit to discover I would hate wearing an Oura ring. I'll be getting the next Apple Watch this autumn instead

Now 3 weeks in to having my Oura ring and absolutely love it - albeit I think it is controlling my life now.... No, it's great has def made me rethink my lifestyle in terms of how much I am sleeping, exercising. It tells you when you have maybe overdone the exercise and need to rest your body Love how it maps your walking route as I have a small dog and she loves it too as she is getting walked much further now than usual. She is very active so its great for her too I would def recommend the Oura ring if you want to take your health and lifestyle seriously as it has helped me set some goals to improve my health and wellbeing
