This watch never allows you to rest whenbyou become to Lazy it tells you get up and move. Above all Hauwei band has alway been my favorite just because of the battery life and all functions with you health.

This is my first smartwatch. It tracks the basic stuff really well. I work out five times a week and like to get good sleep. Among other things. Less one star cause some of the features are unnecessarily cumbersome to figure out and their app isn't really much of anything. Half of what you'd want to do there, apart from the tracking, is an extra Rand. I didn't like that. But from a first time smart watch person. Iam pleased. ☺️☺️☺️
