This shredder works as it should, but it's pretty loud. The bags also do not fit very well, so every time you open the bin, paper shreds fall out into the floor.

We have only had the shredder for a few weeks but love it so far! It seems to be very well made, heavy duty, quiet, works great, looks great. All in all we are very happy with the product and VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUILL STAFF WHO ASSISTED US IN MAKING THIS PURCHASE!

Just bought this machine for my office. Looks excellent (especially in white) and performs far better than previous shredders I've purchased from other manufacturers. For a small office with regular but not excessive shredding needs, this machine does the job perfectly.
