I’m genuinely impressed with the DJI Osmo 360. The image and video quality are outstanding, especially the sharpness and colour, even in challenging lighting. The stabilisation is excellent and makes footage look smooth and professional without any effort. It’s very easy to set up and use, even for beginners, and the app works seamlessly for editing and exporting content. It had such promise. When you look at the specs it seems like it'll be great, However, it fundamentally failed to work. Despite having had lots of experience with several Insta360 products, this just failed to function as it should. I even had a support engineer at DJI say I'd tried everything they would, and they believed it was either faulty or a software issue. I had no choice but return them.
