The cover has started to fall off after less than 1 year of use

After less than 1 year of use the cover has started to come off

Product is very firm. Not like the Fellowes wrist mouse pad which is a little flexible.

This Fellowes mouse pad is poorly designed and irritating to use. If you move the mouse back too far, it hits the plastic edge of the wrist support with a jolt and an annoying "clack!" Sometimes the movable wrist support just gets itself in an impossible position , and you have to lift your whole arm to reorganize. I cannot recommend this device.

I love the Fellowes Gel Keyboard Palm Support. It has made a significant difference even after only one week of use. I also purchased the mouse pad and support. It has made a huge difference.
